If you have pre-registered you will receive an email with information on how to register. Pre-registration discount is valid until 5 February.

NORDIC GAME 2013 CONFERENCE ACADEMIC PASS

Admission to the Nordic Game 2013 conference, 22-24 May, including Nordic Game Indie Night on 22 May, and all sessions and presentations during 23-24 May. The pass includes all lunches and coffee breaks during the main conference.

You are eligible for this pass only if you are a student or staff at an educational institution.

No discounts apply to the Academic Pass.

If you hold this pass you may book 6 meetings in the Pitch & Match system and receive unlimited meeting requests.

Access to the Pitch & Match system from the day of registration. Admission to the Nordic Game 2013 conference, 22-24 May, including Nordic Game Indie Night on 22 May, and all sessions and presentations during 23-24 May. The pass includes all lunches and coffee breaks during the main conference.

 In accordance with Article 9(2)(c) of the Sixth Directive 77/388/EEC on the harmonization of the laws of the Member States relating to turnover taxes, an overall service at a fair or in a exhibition hall provided by an organiser to a exhibitor, “the place of the supply of services … shall be the place where those services are physically carried out”.
 
 The Court of Justice of the European Communities has in case C-114/05, Gillan Beach, established that the place of the supply of an overall service at a fair or in a exhibition hall shall be the place where those services are physically carried out in accordance with Article 9(2)(c) of the Sixth Directive 77/388/EEC on the harmonization of the laws of the Member States relating to turnover taxes.
