The Nordic Game Awards 2025 Winners
Nordic Game has revealed the winners of this year’s Nordic Game Awards, which took place on Thursday, May 22, during NG25 Spring and streamed live from Slagthuset in Malmö, Sweden.
The night’s big winner was Indiana Jones and the Great Circle by Machinegames (Sweden). The title won Nordic Game of the Year as well as Best Audio awards.
The seventeenth annual Nordic Game Awards show was once again a highlight of this spring’s conference, and the only gathering in the world with a dedicated focus on game development in the Nordic region.
This year’s edition was presented by Nordic Game in partnership with AMD and PR Nordic and hosted by Matilda Smedius, voice actor and streamer.
The winners of the 2025 Nordic Game Awards are:
- Nordic Game of the Year: Indiana Jones and the Great Circle by Machinegames (Sweden) Indiana Jones and the Great Circle trailer
- Nordic Game of the Year – Small Screen: The Holy Gosh Darn by Perfectly Paranormal (Norway) The Holy Gosh Darn trailer
- Best Art: Miniatures by Other Tales Interactive (Denmark) Miniatures trailer
- Best Game Design: Lorelei and the Laser Eyes by Simogo (Sweden) Lorelei and the Laser Eyes trailer
- Best Technology: Satisfactory by Coffee Stain Studios (Sweden) Satisfactory trailer
- Best Audio: Indiana Jones and the Great Circle by Machinegames (Sweden) Indiana Jones and the Great Circle trailer
- Best Fun for Everyone: Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley by Hyper Games (Norway) Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley

The Nordic Game Awards is organised by the Nordic Game Institute in cooperation with Nordic Game Resources and the Nordic Game event team.
The Nordic Game Institute consists of the following game producer associations in the region: Dataspelsbranschen (SE), Icelandic Gaming Industry (IS), Neogames (FI), Spillprodusentforeningen (NO) and Producentforeningen (DK).
The organisers appoint the Nordic Game Awards jury, this year with the following judges:
