Beta is Chief of Staff at DICE and responsible for running a high impact Studio leadership team and strategic initiatives. Her career started in 2006 as Marketing Director for EVE Online. She joined Battlefield as Marketing Director in 2015 and later joined the DICE Leadership as Head of Strategy.
