Welcome to Nordic Game, Europe’s leading games conference and the only event in the world with a dedicated focus on the entire Nordic industry.
These terms of sale set out the terms and conditions that apply to all purchases of passes for the Nordic Game conference, and are also part of the general terms and conditions of this website. If you purchase a conference pass from this website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of sale and agree to be bound by them.
We reserve the right to vary these terms of sale at any time. Any variation will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms of sale on this website. On purchasing conference passes from Nordic Game, you agree to be bound by the amended terms of sale.

Conference ticket price
Ticket prices are clearly displayed online and this is the total cost per person per conference. No children (minors under 18 years of age) are permitted to attend the Nordic Game conference. All ticket prices are quoted in Swedish crowns (SEK) unless otherwise stated. All prices are quoted including VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is charged to all attendees in accordance with Swedish Tax Agency and EU regulations, and is included in the final payment price and clearly displayed.
Receiving your conference passes
Passes purchased online through this website are confirmed in the confirmation email you receive. This confirmation email is your conference ticket. Nordic Game does not issue printed tickets.
Please print your confirmation email and bring it with you to the Nordic Game conference. All online tickets are verified upon entry to the conference and an attendee badge will be issued to you.
Payments for online tickets are made by credit card and may experience issues, and also may be subject to additional credit card terms and conditions in connection with such payments (see our credit card FAQ here). If all remedies recommended in the credit card FAQ fail, passes can also be purchased by email or over the phone, to be paid by credit card, or by PayPal or invoice for bank transfer. All such invoices must be paid 14 days prior to the Nordic Game conference date.
Event documentation waiver
NGR routinely documents its events for promotional purposes. Acceptance of our terms of sale grants Nordic Game Resources the right to use any participant’s name, photograph, voice, likeness and publically available professional information in connection with the Nordic Game conference, including for promotional purposes, in part, in print, online or other media.
Lost tickets
If you have misplaced your printed email or deleted your confirmation email, please note that Nordic Game has your details on file. All purchased online passes are verified upon entry to the event, so please provide your name to the Nordic Game registration desk and make sure you have valid photographic ID. You will not be admitted to the conference without an ID. After confirming your ticket purchase and ID at the registration desk, you will be issued a Nordic Game delegate pass, which you are obliged to carry clearly visible at all times in the conference venue.
Cancellations and refunds
All fees for conference admittance and services are deemed fully earned and are non-refundable when sign-up has been completed. Cancellation by customer of this purchase, or any portion thereof, will be accepted only at the sole discretion of the NGR and in accordance to the below indicated refund policy, after such cancellation is notified in writing to NGR. Receipt of such will be confirmed in writing by us in return.
NGR incurs considerable costs prior to the event including marketing, promotion, content production and administration expenses, so the following charges for cancellations apply: a) 50% of total fees if cancelled up to 16 weeks prior to the event; b) 75% of total fees if cancelled between 16 and 8 weeks prior to the event; c) The full fee of the booking is payable for cancellations within 8 weeks of the event and is not refunded. These are the same cancellation and refund terms that apply for sponsors and exhibitors at NGR events. However, tickets for admittance are transferable, more on this below.
Should an attending Nordic Game conference participant be found to be in breach of our Code of Conduct (here) and is subsequently barred from the venue and event, no refund in part or in whole will be made.
Non-attendance and transfer of booking
If you are unable to attend for any reason your place at the Nordic Game conference may be taken without any financial penalty by a substitute, who must be a member of staff employed by the same institution or organisation as your own. Requests for transfers of bookings must be made in writing to NGR. Receipt of such will be confirmed in writing by us in return.
Should an attending Nordic Game conference participant be found to be in breach of our Code of Conduct (here) and is subsequently barred from the venue and event, no transfer of booking can take place.
Conference postponement, cancellation or changes to the program
In the event that Nordic Game is unable to run the conference on the stated date and/or venue for whatever reason, Nordic Game reserves the right to hold the conference on an alternative date and/or venue within a period of 12 months of the original conference date.
Nordic Game also reserves the right to transfer all delegate bookings to this alternative conference date and/or venue. If Nordic Game is unable to secure an alternative date and/or venue within 12 months of the original conference date, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid to Nordic Game for your delegate pass.
However, Nordic Game will not be liable for any associated costs you may incur if the conference is cancelled or postponed, such as travel or accommodation costs. Nordic Game also reserves the right to change the venue for the Nordic Game conference should this prove necessary for reasons outside its control.
If this is necessary, Nordic Game will endeavour to find an alternative venue as close to the original venue’s location as possible. Nordic Game also reserves the right to make any changes to the conference program (including changes to the proposed presentations, speakers and schedule), should this be necessary.
Please take note of the Nordic Game conference terms of sale for your records.
