The Nordic Game conference is known for being one of the most intimate, familiar and inclusive game developer events around, as well as a leading platform for game professionals to share experiences, find new perspectives and get inspired by the insights of others.
With this year’s renewed Nordic Game Exec Summit at NG18, we aim to re-establish our focused pre-conference forum, bringing together people in executive roles at studios across the Nordic region to meet and discuss subjects widely regarded as challenges and opportunities in the current games environment.
Format
Starting with a lunch together, we’ll present the topics that will be the day’s focus. We’ll then split-up into smaller groups for half-hour discussions, concluding each session with a short presentation of key concerns and recommended ways forward from each group.
We’ll end the day with the Game Executives and Investors Cocktail, joining participants from Games Capital Summit from 18:30 at Elite Hotel Adlon.

Participation
For maximum enlightenment and usefulness, we believe it is very important that our participants are similar in role, the daily challenges they face and the environment they work in.
As such, participation will be limited to executive roles (CEO, studio managers, executive producers) at Nordic studios where game development is the core business – and by invitation only.
But – requests for invites are very welcome! We especially encourage women as well as execs at newer, growing companies to apply. We also reserve attendance, at least for this first renewed gathering, to primarily studios based in the Nordic countries that are attending the NG18 conference.
