Games Capital Summit breaks records this May

Update: The submission period to join the Games Capital Summit at NG23 Spring has now ended.

The Games Capital Summit returns to Nordic Game 2023 – a rare opportunity for venture-ready companies to connect directly with VCs actively investing and seeking opportunities in the games sector. The Games Capital Summit takes a hands-on approach, with a focus on mentoring.

Games Capital Summit this May

London Venture Partners
Makers Fund

Equity focus
The Games Capital Summit focuses on equity funding, which means that the investors are interested in funding companies directly in exchange for shares in your business. This event is NOT the right venue for those mainly seeking project funding or that need a game publisher. Alternatives for project financing and meeting publishers are the Developer Showcase and MeetToMatch during NG23 Spring.

Format and logistics
The Games Capital Summit takes place on Tuesday, 23 May as a day-zero activity of Nordic Game 2023 (NG23 Spring, 23-26 May). The action starts during lunch, with the afternoon full of pitches, feedback and mentoring sessions, and closing with a VIP cocktail mixer, joining up with the Nordic Game executive event participants.

Each company selected to participate will pitch in front of the room of investors, receiving questions and feedback. Once each batch of companies have pitched, they will be paired up with different investors for round-robin style 20-minute meeting/mentoring sessions.

11:45-12:30 – Investors lunch and warm up
12:30-14:15 – Batch 1 pitches, feedback and mentoring sessions
14:30-16:15 – Batch 2 pitches, feedback and mentoring sessions
16:30-18:00 – Batch 3 pitches, feedback and mentoring sessions
18:00-20:00 – Investors + Execs VIP cocktail and buffet mingle

Note: All Games Capital Summit activities are on an invite-only basis – details below.
