The Nordic Game 2025 Executive Summit will take place on Tuesday, 20 May (the opening day of NG25 Spring) in Malmö, Sweden. This year’s gathering will be moderated by Sonja Ängeslevä, CEO & co-founder of Phantom Gamelabs (FI) and Tove Oldebäck, co-founder and CEO of Recommended By, a leading HR and recruitment agency dedicated to the games industry.
The main topic of the NG25 Spring Exec Summit will be “Building the next chapter of Nordic Studios, Jobs, and Creativity in Games”
Join us for a day of insight and forward-thinking discussions as we unpack key lessons from recent industry shifts—from evolving business strategies to layoffs and project cancellations. Together, we’ll identify areas for improvement and the concrete actions leaders must take to drive their companies and products forward.
