NG25 Spring consists of a string of programs, summits, and special events. Here’s the NG25 Spring schedule to help you plan your trip to Sweden.

- 9:30 NG25 Spring venue opens, incl badge pick-up in the registration area

- 9:30 GIN Match Meeting area and online scheduling opens
- 10:00 Conference program kicks-off (Theater)
- 10:15 First session in the NG Audio Track
- 13:00 Executive Summit (sign-up required)
- 13:00 Games Capital Summit (submission required to participate)
- 13:00 Games Policy Summit (sign-up required)
- 19:00 Summits Mingle (Invite required)
- 20:00 Social Event (TBA)
Wednesday, 21 May

- 20:00 Nordic Game Party, including DJ, Maraoke and a special RPG experience by ExtraLives
Masterclass Friday, 23 May
- 9:30 NG25 Spring venue opens
- 9:30 GIN Match Meeting area and online scheduling opens
- 10:00 Special workshop program for students and indies, hosted by Mighty Diamonds (Note: All NG25 Spring passholders can participate!)
- 10:00 Special Speaker track, incl. opening panel with Mighty Diamonds
- 11:00 Masterclasses in game design, production, coding, art, and marketing
- 15:30 Free consultation with Mighty Diamonds (limited seats)
- 16:00 Afterwork chill
- 17:00 Goodbye hugs, venue closes 🙂

It all begins on Tuesday!
If you’ve attended Nordic Game before, the most notable change compared to previous editions is our conference kick-off and show floor opening on Tuesday morning, 20 May and main event wrap-up on Thursday evening, 22 May with the Nordic Game Awards and Nordic Game Party.
Friday, 23 May feature the special event Masterclass Friday – a bonus program curated by industry experts Mighty Diamonds and created with local students, and game startups in mind. Read more here.
All NG25 Spring pass holders are welcome to join the Friday event at Slagthuset; the schedule change is primarily to accommodate our participants from outside the region looking to travel home before the weekend. Also note that additional activities, including social gatherings and networking events organised by partners and sponsors, will be added to the schedule as we get closer to kick-off.
