2022 Nordic Game Awards
Always a highlight of the Nordic Game conference, this year’s show will spotlight the talent and expertise of the region’s studios as well as the amazing games they’ve released over the past year, hosted by Marie Mejerwall and streamed live from Slagthuset in Malmö on Thursday, 19 May.

Nordic Game Discovery Contest Season VI: NG22 Spring qualifier
The NGDC Season VI caravan arrives on home turf with special qualifier on 20 May at 11:00 CEST. Hosted by Thor Myrdal, three selected contestants will compete in an exciting and entertaining “battle of the pitches” for a seat in the NGDC Grand Finals this November.
The Nordic Game Discovery Contest Season VI qualifier at NG22 Spring is sponsored by Xsolla, Tencent Games, Uberstrategist, GTR, Ifairs and Nordic Game Ventures, in partnership with Games Branding and 80 Level.
The contestants have also been selected exclusively from among exhibitors in this May’s expanded Developer Showcase at Slagthuset, which means that NG22 Spring pass holders will also be able to check out their games by visiting the Developer Showcase in the venue.
The Nordic Game Developer Showcase is presented by 4Players, Green Man Gaming, AppGallery, Talenthouse Media Foundry, Uberstrategist, Ultra Horse and Unity.
True Confessions with Ste Curran
Popular speaker Ste Curran has already shared the magical experience of his “True Confessions” talk three times at our digital-only editions of Nordic Game, appealing for participants’ industry confessions. For NG22 Spring, he’s back again to absolve your sins, but this time live on stage at Slagthuset in Malmö!
