Nordic Game has revealed the winners of this year’s Nordic Game Awards, which took place on Thursday, 23 May during NG24 Spring and streamed live from Slagthuset in Malmö, Sweden.
The sixteenth annual Nordic Game Awards show was once again a highlight of this spring’s conference, and the only gathering in the world with a dedicated focus on game development in the Nordic region.
The night’s big winner was Alan Wake 2 by Remedy Entertainment (FI). The title won Nordic Game of the Year as well as the Best Art and Best Audio awards.
The awards ceremony was hosted by Swedish gaming star Paula “Fenjima” Manrique, game consultant, certified ambassador at Women in Games and gaming expert at TV4 Nyhetsmorgon.

The Nordic Game Awards is organised by the Nordic Game Institute in cooperation with Nordic Game Resources and the Nordic Game event team.
The Nordic Game Institute consists of the following game producer associations in the region: Dataspelsbranschen (SE), Icelandic Gaming Industry (IS), Neogames (FI), Spillprodusentforeningen (NO) and Producentforeningen (DK). The organisers appoint the Nordic Game Awards jury.
