The Nordic Game Exec Summit returns this May during NG22 Spring, to once again bring together games industry executives from the region and abroad to meet and discuss current industry challenges, from micro to macro level.
The event will start with a half-day, invite-only event in Malmö on Tuesday, 17 May and conclude with a session that reports the summit’s findings on Wednesday, 18 May.
Exec Summit 2022: Navigating uncertainties, from the personal to the global
This edition of the Exec Summit will examine workplace relations and behaviour (the “personal”) from the employer’s perspective, working towards best practices in problematic situations. At the other end, we will examine strategic approaches to major trends (the “global”) in games markets, financial markets, politics and international relations as well as other “mega-factors” influencing our industry’s future. The program will be separated into two tracks, with participants invited to take part in either or both, at their own liberty.
Presentation of the Exec Summit is supported by Epic Games/Unreal Engine and Xsolla.

When and where
The Nordic Game Exec Summit 2022 will take place on Tuesday, 17 May (the day before NG22 Spring begins) in Malmö, Sweden.
How do I participate?
The Nordic Game Exec Summit is limited to people in executive roles and by invitation only after application, although we strive for inclusion and a broad, balanced group. Participation is free-of-charge, but registration for NG22 Spring is mandatory. Seats are limited and will be allotted closer to the event.
