The speaker roster for NG18 is growing on a daily basis, and we’re excited to share yet another preview of some the great industry profiles that will play a major part in the Nordic Game 2018 experience:
Michael Gallagher
The president of ESA (Entertainment Software Association, US) is coming to Nordic Game! Michael was in a meeting at the White House recently to discuss American video games and their influence on culture and society. Do you think David’s opinions differ from the Nordic vision of how the games industry should evolve? Make sure to find out!
Ste Curran
Ste has delivered talks exclusively for Nordic Game “since the beginning of mankind”. At NG18 he will once again take you on a very special journey, called “Fast Travel”. Unless you belong to a certain Danish cult, you haven’t seen this before, so get ready to revise your views on the gaming industry (and everything else).
John Gaudiosi
A games industry journalist for over 27 years, John has built a network of over 50 websites with authentic video, editorial, social and live-streamed content. He’ll explain how traditional media sites and their social channels still offer the best way to connect with the elusive Millennial and Gen Z audience.
Jens Andersson
A game designer and programmer, Jens was one of the original members of Starbreeze. His in-depth tech session will show how you can build custom tools to differentiate your game.
Jason Roberts
An independent game developer living in Berkeley (California), Jason dabbled in visual art before leaving his job as a software engineer in 2012 to pursue creative ambitions. The award-winning Gorogoa is his first game, and his talk will look closely at how visual design and puzzle design in Gorogoa are not only entangled; they are one and the same.
