This Saturday, Filmhuset in Oslo will welcome the annual NM i Gameplay (Norwegian Gameplay Championships). For a third consecutive year, the Nordic Game Discovery Contest will also be a part of the show, hosting this season’s ninth NGDC qualifying round.
The three games selected to battle in Oslo on 11 January are:
• Loeding (Norway) presenting SNOW
• Egil Paulsen (Norway) presenting Sacred Gems
• Pineleaf Studio (Norway) presenting DwarfHeim
The selected game in Oslo will earn a seat in the NGDC Grand Finals at Nordic Game 2020 in Malmö, Sweden as well as prizes from Xsolla, PR specialists Plan of Attack, 80 Level, Karmafy and influencer marketing experts Matchmade.
As an official partner of NM i Gameplay, Nordic Game will also participate in the entire event from 12:00 and onwards, including the annual Spillprisen award show. The team would love to meet with all the Norwegian game studios present this weekend, so if you’re going to be there, be sure to find us and say hi!
NGDC Season IV is sponsored by Xsolla, Versus Evil, Plan of Attack, Matchmade, Nordic Game Ventures, Karmafy, Microsoft, DDM and 80 Level.
