The NGDC submission deadline for GameOn in Vilnius is 25 October – apply now!
We’re now accepting submissions to participate in the sixth qualifier of the Nordic Game Discovery Contest Season IV, which will take place at GameOn in Vilnius, Lithuania on 17 November.
GameOn is the trail-blazing video game event in the Baltic region. A team of avid gamers, game developers, journalists and esports enthusiasts formed around the first event in 2015 to establish a high-quality games expo in Lithuania.

“I want to thank the organisers of GameOn for having us back; the NGDC in Vilnius for a third time feels fantastic,” says NGDC organiser and Nordic Game CCO Jacob Riis. “It will be very exciting to see which games make it as contestants this year and how they perform under the pressure (and fun) on stage that’s all a part of the NGDC experience.”
“Being a partner event for the Nordic Game Discovery Contest is a big honor for GameOn and adds an amazing opportunity for game developers from our region to our program,” says GameOn head Florian Masuth. “Personal contact with publishers and investors is a key component of many developers’ road to success, and being able to pitch your product is essential for your business to flourish. Having this kind of format attached to GameOn is exactly aligned with the goals we set ourselves in helping our industry grow. I am looking forward to great pitches and a happy winner!”
The NGDC qualifier in Vilnius will be the sixth stop on the NGD Season IV tour. The selected game will earn a seat in the NGDC Grand Finals at Nordic Game 2020 in Malmö, Sweden as well as prizes from Xsolla, PR specialists Plan of Attack, 80 Level, Karmafy and influencer marketing experts Matchmade.
Are you developing or have you already developed a game that deserves more attention than it’s received so far? And are you attending GameOn? If so, submit your game and prepare to go on stage for the sixth qualifying round of the NGDC Season IV – and maybe all the way to the finals at NG20 next May.
