Update: Three top teams have been selected for the NGDC qualifier at Brazil’s BIG Festival from a record number of submissions from around the globe.
The next qualification round of the Nordic Game Discovery Contest (NGDC) Season V will take place at the BIG Festival (Brazil’s Independent Games Festival).
On 7 May at 18:00 CET, three studios will pitch their projects live to the NGDC BIG Festival jury and online audience:
VRMonkey (Brazil) presenting their game Galaxy Kart
Toppluva (Sweden) presenting their game Grand Mountain Adventure
Capricia Productions (Israel) presenting their game Of Bird and Cage
“We’re thrilled to be part of BIG Festival once again,” says NGDC host and Nordic Game CCO Jacob Riis. “It was a great experience when we visited Sao Paolo in 2019, and as we move online this time around I’m still very much excited to see which games will make it through.”
