Last chance: NGDC qualifier in Tallinn

Special NGDC qualifier at Game Wave Festival in Tallinn

The deadline to apply for the NGDC Season VI qualifier during the Game Wave Festival in Tallinn is Friday, 14 October, so apply now!

Nordic Game is pleased to announce a special Nordic Game Discovery Contest (NGDC) qualifier in Tallinn, Estonia, giving Baltic developers a unique chance to earn a seat in the NGDC Season VI finals this November.

All studios attending the upcoming Game Wave Festival in Tallinn can submit their games to the NGDC by completing the submission form below. A board of experts will then select the title which they feel most deserves to be discovered, and the game’s developers will join this season’s finalists as they battle for the last three seats in the on-stage and live-streamed NGDC Season VI Grand Final, slated for 28 November.

“We’re very excited to announce this special qualifier,” says NGDC host and Nordic Game program director Jacob Riis. “The Baltic region has many talented developers, and it will be very exciting to see who will be selected as a finalist for the NGDC Season VI finals.”

”We are very happy to welcome the NGDC to our event and to have such an important game-related event in the Baltics region,” adds Ints Viksna, head of the Game Wave Festival. “It will draw top game studio attention to our region and inspire both new studio development and capacity-building of experienced teams.”

The selected game will win a seat in the NGDC Season VI Grand Finals this November, as well as prizes from Tencent Games, Nordic Game and PR specialists Games Branding.
