Update: Congratulations to the winner of the NGDC Season IV qualifier at Polar Bear Pitching in Oulu, Finland, Team Jolly Roger with Interplanetary 2.
The Nordic Game Discovery Contest debuted in Oulu, Finland for the tenth qualifier of Season IV, hosted by the organisers of the Polar Bear Pitching event on 12 March.
Polar Bear Pitching is very much a community effort of the Oulu entrepreneurial ecosystem, creating snowballs of success and stripping down the barriers that block development and growth.
In a tight competition between three rival studios, Team Jolly Roger presenting their turn-based strategy adventure game Interplanetary 2 came out on top to win the NGDC Season IV qualifier in Oulu, Finland.
Team Jolly Roger also has earned a seat in the NGDC Online Grand Finals at NG20+ on 25-27 November, as well as prizes from Xsolla, Versus Evil, PR specialists Plan of Attack, 80 Level and influencer marketing experts Matchmade.
Our warmest congratulations to Team Jolly Roger and a big thank you to the organisers of Polar Bear Pitching.
