NG21 Autumn will be presented exclusively online this November with NG22 Spring returning to Slagthuset in Malmö next May, as the Nordic Game Expo consumer event is rescheduled for 2022.
Nordic Game and partner City of Malmö have rescheduled the Nordic Game Expo debut to next year, as a key co-organiser of the consumer event, originally slated for the fall at Malmömässan, has cancelled.
“I’m so eager to get our unique and modern take on games B2C events to market, but we got too far ahead of the pack in scheduling it alongside NG21 Autumn,” says Nordic Game Resources managing director Erik Robertson. “The pandemic is still a challenge, not only to the health of many, of course, but also for core value chains in our industry.”
NG21 Autumn will thus celebrate the twentieth edition of Europe’s leading games industry conference online this 2-5 November, returning to Slagthuset in Malmö for NG22 Spring on 17-20 May.
“I’m very much looking forward to hosting our fourth online conference in a row,” says Nordic Game program director Jacob Riis. “With lessons learned from the previous editions and with the help of our stellar Nordic community, as well as our sponsors and partners, I’m laser-focused on creating the very best online Nordic Game experience this far.”

Nordic Game would not be celebrating its twentieth edition this November without the tremendous support of our sponsors and partners. Many of them have already signed-up for our fall conference online, as well as our return to Slagthuset in Malmö next May, but we’re always ready to welcome new partners.
