NG20 speaker Rosemary Lokhorst, CEO of the Digging Deep Project and producer of Shadow’s Edge, a game that drives better emotional health outcomes for young people by helping them to build resilience and life skills, has announced a new version of their multiple award-winning title.
Shadow’s Edge, a game founded on narrative therapy and positive psychology, provides a place for teens and young adults to immerse themselves in a narrative adventure with goals and quests that help players explore feelings through journaling and creating street art.

According to Sheri Sobrato Brisson, who created the game with Shadow’s Edge producer Rosemary Lokhorst, “Young people need innovative ways to understand and release their feelings for better emotional health outcomes when facing challenging times.”
