The organisers of the Nordic Game Discovery Contest are pleased to return to the Northern Game Summit next month with a brand new and very exciting format for the live pitch competition.
Instead of the earlier “first pitch, then receive feedback from the judges” format of the previous two seasons, NGDC is introducing round-based, intense on-stage competition for points and glory in the qualifiers and finals – more entertaining for the live audience, as well as fun and rewarding for the contestants.
“It’s so great to be back in Kajaani with NGDC for the third time in a row,” says NGDC host and Nordic Game CCO Jacob Riis. “I’m very excited about the new contest format, and hope the contestants and audience will like it too.”

The winner of the NGDC Season III qualifier at Northern Game Summit will earn a seat in the NGDC Grand Finals next year at Nordic Game 2019, 22-24 May in Malmö, Sweden.
