Less than a year and a half after release, the atmospheric horror-adventure Little Nightmares from Malmö-based Tarsier Studios has sold over a million digital and physical copies.
“We are very proud that our first original game sold so well, it’s well beyond what we ever expected,” says Tarsier Studios CEO Andreas Johnsson. “Little Nightmares is after all part of an indie game landscape, and the fact that one million players have played our game is wonderful.”
Little Nightmares has also garnered critical acclaim in the region and abroad, recently winning Best Audio and Best Art awards at Nordic Game 2018.
