The Exec Summit at Nordic Game brings together studio executives from across the region to meet and discuss current industry challenges.
This year, we focus on one of the biggest on-going issues facing developers: recruitment.
For our gathering this May, Nordic Game would also like to invite executives working closely with talent acquisition in the games industry, regardless of their region, to join us.
Format, schedule and logistics
The Exec Summit takes place on Tuesday, 21 May (the day before NG19 begins) at Slagthuset in Malmö.
12:00-13:30 – Group lunch and summit topic presented
13:30-17:30 – Group discussion and conclusions
17:30-18:15 – Pre-party refreshments and mingle
18:30 – VIP cocktail party at Elite Hotel Esplanade in Malmö
Starting with a working lunch, we’ll present this year’s topic and opening questions. We’ll then split up into smaller groups, concluding each session with a brief presentation from each group, outlining key concerns and recommended ways forward. At the end of the day, we’ll join participants from the Games Capital Summit for a VIP cocktail party.
How to participate
For maximum effectiveness, the Exec Summit is limited to people in executive roles and by invitation only. This May, we would also like to invite executives working closely with talent acquisition in the games industry, regardless of their region, to join us.

Note: Participation in the Exec Summit is free-of-charge, but registration for NG19 is mandatory. Seats are also very limited and will be assigned 1) on a first-come basis and 2) to ensure a group with widest possible perspectives.
