Jyväskylä-based Psyon Games in partnership with global pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is spreading vaccine awareness through their mobile game Antidote.
Antidote for Android and iOS devices plays a key role in GSK’s awareness campaign to inform travellers about the risks of Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B, as well as the ease of vaccination in Finland.

According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), false news and the resulting mistrust towards vaccines is among the top ten public health risks. WHO has specifically named Antidote as an example of creative health communication. Antidote was also awarded Game of the Year in the Applied Games category in 2018 by the Finnish Games Industry.
