Extra Credits will be special part of the NG21 May live streamed speaker program, and will also support Nordic Game with several promotional activities on their channels.
“It’s so great to announce our partnership with Extra Credits,” says Nordic Game program director Jacob Riis. “With love for games development as a common foundation, I feel this partnership will help connect our audiences around the globe in so many meaningful ways.”
“Nordic Game is consistently one of the game industry’s stand-out conferences, and we’re excited for the opportunity to join forces,” adds Extra Credits studio director Geoffrey Zatkin.
Three members of the Extra Credits team will join NG21 May as speakers in a special mini-program:
Geoffrey Zatkin, one of the original designers of “EverQuest”, co-founder of game data giant EEDAR and game development studio Experiment 7, as well as Extra Credit’s resident ne’er-do-well and studio director, will share “10 Things You Should Decide Before Starting Your Game”.
Matthew Krol, Extra Credits executive producer and the voice of over 300 Extra Credits episodes amassing a quarter-of-a-billion views, will talk about “Managing a Remote Creative Studio”.
Last but not least, full-time Extra Credits streamer Will Kunkel explores the designs, philosophies and take-aways of the games he’s played over the past two years with “Making Your Game Succeed in the Streaming Space”, taking questions and showing off a few ”great and terrible examples”.
This special Extra Credits program featuring three very unique and thought-provoking talks will conclude with a panel where Geoffrey, Matt and Will discuss topics and answer questions directly from NG21 May participants.
