Call opens for NG19 Fast Track

NG19 Fast Track

Deadline for speaker/talk submissions to Fast Track at NG19 is 4 March. Apply now!

Welcome to Fast Track at Nordic Game 2019! Fast Track is designed to offer concise, “to-the-bone” talks featuring unique “lessons-learned” content and useful advice.

This year, Nordic Game also welcomes Julius Fondem from Ubisoft Redlynx as out first Fast Track master-of-ceremonies, who will present each Fast Track speaker during NG19.

What gets featured in Fast Track at Nordic Game?
Have you discovered or created a cool solution/invention/improvement while working on your game(s)? Do you have unique insights into any area of game development – programming, design, art, sound, etc. – and/or post-development/distribution – marketing/publishing, games-as-a-service, monetisation, etc. – to share with your fellow developers-in-arms?

If your answer is “yes” then join us in Fast Track at NG19! You’ll contribute a 25-minute Fast Track talk that will rock the audience’s world, and we’ll provide you with a NG19 speaker pass – as well as one complimentary NG19 guest pass, so that you can invite a friend to come along.

An important note: We don’t expect you to be an expert speaker. Your game development knowledge and experience are the most important factors. As long as you’re willing to share your insights, we’ll be happy to provide guidance on how to best to convey your message to the audience (a very friendly crowd) at Nordic Game 2019.

Submit your talk to NG19 Fast Track
Interested? Great! Fill out the Fast Track submission form right here. The deadline for proposals is 4 March, so apply now!

Update 12/2/19: Issues with the form are now fixed – thanks for letting us know 🙂

A final note: We understand that some proposed talks might contain confidential information or sensitive details for the company you’re working at – but might they be fine with sharing any part of it? Please check that possibility, before dismissing the idea of giving a talk. By sharing our knowledge, we can all help this industry become better for everyone – beginner as well as expert.

We’re grateful for your time and support – we’ll be in touch soon!
