It has been one more year since my last confession.
Wednesday, 19th April, London, England: Ste Curran wants your industry confessions, promising to absolve your guilty conscience in person at NG23 Spring.
Hello friends. For the fourth year in a row I’m asking for your games industry confessions. In return, I’ll turn them into a session at Nordic Game, a cathartic moment of absolution where we share secrets, consider what they really mean and then forgive.
The secrets can be little or big, serious or stupid. You can submit them anonymously here. At the start of the session I’ll share some of my own and ask you to forgive me; then we’ll look at some of yours and I promise, cross-my-heart-and-swear-to-whoever, that I’ll lift the burden.
Some questions to get you started: what have you got away with? What’s the worst thing you’ve done that no-one knows about? What have you seen, how have you cheated, what do you know that they don’t? What do you really think about the company you work for; what do you really want to do; who do you really want to be?
Again, your answers can be small, pointless, life-changing, a sentence, a paragraph, whatever. Write me a note right now by clicking on this link — and tell me anything you want.
The form is completely anonymous (I don’t see where the messages are from and the only name I see is the pseudonym you choose to use), and the session doesn’t work without your contributions so I’d really appreciate you helping me out. It’s in all of our interests: you’ll feel better for sharing and you really don’t want this to be an hour of me telling you I secretly don’t like The Last Of Us. Again.
See you soon,
The NG23 Spring live stream is presented by IO Interactive with support from iPlay and Pixel.tv
