Finnish Tunnel Ground has announced a publishing collaboration with Modena-based Panini Group, a leading publisher in Latin America and Europe, beginning this year in Spain and Andorra with the company’s comic series Void of Heroes.
A sci-fi adventure comic series blending action and horror, the Void of Heroes protagonist in the first part of the series (Void of Heroes: Subterranean Dawn) is a large sentient machine (“KV1-n”), which also serves as the storyteller.
The counterpart game offers players the chance to immerse themselves in the world of Void of Heroes. Check out the trailer:
“As Panini is one of the world’s leading publishers (with) a strong track record in comics and collectibles, (they are) truly is a dream partner for us. We are an agile, technology and content-driven studio, (but) reaching these large audiences would have been difficult for us alone,” says Tunnel Ground co-founder and comics director Topi Koivisto. “We (are) excited to start (our) collaboration with one of the greatest companies in the publishing industry!”
